Giles High School students worked alongside HabitatNRV staff to help lay the groundwork for our upcoming concrete build in Pearisburg. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are becoming more prevalent in builds due to the ease of installation and durability of the material. These blocks have layers of polystyrene foam with concrete poured in between to create a strongly sealed and insulated wall. HabitatNRV along with Chandler Concrete and our local partners are looking forward to an upcoming groundbreaking event to celebrate this project with the Giles community.
