There are various circumstances such as rent increases, overcrowded living conditions, damaged structures, unsafe neighborhoods, etc. that can lead to a family's need for decent, affordable housing.

Potential homeowners are to apply. Then, potential homeowners are selected based on our homeowner qualifications.
Minimum Eligiblity

Must be in need of affordable housing.

Able and willing to pay an affordable mortgage.
